Hi,
I had 98 Camry XLE (Auto Transmission) and purchased this car one year back. Currently the mileage is 57,260 miles.
I cleaned my transmiison using Auto-RX and changed it after 2000 miles
using transmission fluid flush. whenever i accelerate and then ease up on the gas pedal, the car kicks a bit when the engine temparature is cold. I didn't find this symptom when engine temparature reached the required level
I wants to know what are the causes for this symptom and how to rectify this problem.
Thank You in advance
Chand

to help the car reach normal operating temperature more quickly, the coolant temperature sensor will not let the ECM computer shift the transmission into overdrive until a certain minimum temperature is reached - could just be that.

Also, the transmission shifts are stiff and at unpredictable and abnormal rpms when the engine temperature is cold.
