Had to remount all the stock hardware on the new seat cuz the holes werent even close to lining up on the new hardware, so it took a little time to get it all lined up. Here's the other one chilling in the garage http://img233.imageshack.us/img233/3136/dsc018954yn.jpg Thanks for lookin Viper_Storm 09-26-2005, 07:46 AM those look really nice, what brand are they? and why do the passenger side first? just wondering. faroutguy 09-26-2005, 08:33 AM i cant see them :\ Chevy4life1985 09-26-2005, 10:15 AM Those are pretty hot. I would have bought them things to LOL. Ya and im with Viper why the passenger seat first. Hey man again nice seats KustmAce 09-26-2005, 12:43 PM Thanks guys! I did the passenger first because when I started the project I didnt know what I would have to do to make them fit, and I had to drive the car later that night, so I did the passenger so if I didnt finish I could still drive it. Classicrocjunkie 09-26-2005, 02:22 PM welcome to tha club.... http://img324.imageshack.us/img324/1512/dscf05476sy.jpg KustmAce 09-26-2005, 04:55 PM Nice cody, I forgot you had those! Havent even driven it yet... http://img79.imageshack.us/img79/7993/dsc018973au.jpg http://img79.imageshack.us/img79/1292/dsc018986ld.jpg http://img79.imageshack.us/img79/5761/dsc018996ei.jpg bh04 09-26-2005, 04:58 PM Those look really nice both Ace and CRJ! I think i'm going to keep my stock upholestry seats because I don't like leather. I do like the lambo doors Ace! Viper_Storm 09-26-2005, 10:06 PM Thanks guys! I did the passenger first because when I started the project I didnt know what I would have to do to make them fit, and I had to drive the car later that night, so I did the passenger so if I didnt finish I could still drive it. wise choice. 89Sunbird 09-27-2005, 12:24 AM Arent ya glad I told ya about those, Tim? :D FinchUsed 09-27-2005, 01:33 AM Those like really good. I'm going to get seat covers for my upcoming Cavi. bh04 09-27-2005, 02:19 AM I agree with your decision. I'd rather have a nicer seating comfort than rims. Even though I got rims and no new seats. I don't like the aftermarket seats. I think it wouldn't look good unless I had a new back seat to match the front two. Chevy4life1985 09-27-2005, 07:18 AM I agree with your decision. Classicrocjunkie 09-27-2005, 01:02 PM Bho04- all racing seats are not leather man. My side Bolsters are leather trim, but the rest is a sport fabric. I have leather seats in the Pt crusier and i am really not a fan of those. Oh well, it was a free car. bh04 09-27-2005, 02:53 PM I just think the fact that the bigger seats inside a cavy might look tacky. But that's my opinion I guess. Allthough my friend had some nice ones in his Mustang that when you sat down in it, the seat like grabbed your body. Probably the best comfort i've had sitting in a car. KustmAce 09-27-2005, 04:45 PM I agree. However you could have the backseat reupholstered to match it. Or be like me and just pull the back seat  Viper_Storm 09-29-2005, 02:09 PM Or be like me and just pull the back seat  thats what im gonna do, but i gotta figure out away to keep the trunk blocked off but make it look good at the same time. also about the seats, how do you know if they will fit? they could be to wide or to narrow for the car? im a big guy and the last thing i need is a narrower seat. i was thinking about these seats: http://www.lmperformance.com/732/23.html in black. but i donno, even tho they are in teh cav section they kinda look to wide. I didnt know they would fit. Thats why I saved the reciept and test fitted em before installing. And those Corbeau's are hot. FinchUsed 09-29-2005, 02:32 PM I was thinking just seat covers, not completely new seats but that might be the way to go. Probably cost about the same really with the seat covers I have been looking at. I thought about getting these in the yellow and black neo material for my yellow 03. http://www.legacyseatcovers.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=LMS&Product_Code=c_cavalier_fs KustmAce 09-29-2005, 06:24 PM Seat covers for 200 bucks? You should just save up a couple hundred more and get some decent seats. You will kick yourself after you drop that kind of money only to remain with stock seats. Though they are cool.
