No dash lights

ok, i was removing the alternator, and i forgot to dissconnect the battery. Well, as soon as i was removing the ground wire from the alternator, the cooling fans go on at full speed, both of them.

So i quickly disconnect the battery realizing what i had done.

Now i got an alternator from the J/Y and installed it. i got to start the car and i get nothing. No dash lights or any normal things from turning the key to the "run" position (such as power windows, radio, etc.)

However, i do get lights such as headlights and all that, every light on the car works beautifully.

I'm looking around the alternator area and i can't seem to find anything wrong!

PLEASE HELP ME! IT'S DAILY DRIVEN!!

I know this is the obvious but did you check the fuses
