Rosina LMP 10-07-2005, 09:52 PM It just changes the shift point of transmission. WHen on PWR, it will keep gears up to a higher rev before shifting to next gear. On ECO (nomy), it changes gears at a lower RPM. In fact, it does not make a lot of difference, neither power, nor economy...just another button... nasrul 12-03-2005, 08:34 AM What about the fuel consumption? askalon 05-18-2006, 12:15 AM in my own experience and I drove roughly 16,000 miles in 9 months. in eco I got 20 MPG in pwr I got 18 MPG. I expected better gas milage, but I read up and found this is normal mpg. Oh well, live and learn. Related Links Participate in thousands of discussions at AutomotiveForums.com!
