I havea 1991 Camry (V6 if it matters) and the key gets stuck in the ignition. In mine.. there is a button to release the key after it is in the off position... that button when pushed doesn't go down enough and it won't give me my key! It is getting very frustrating:banghead:and am going to take it to soemoen to checkout but thought i would try and see if other people have the same problem and could tell me waht fixed it so i could have an idea of whats wrong maybe. If it matters..the camry has a disabled old secirty system....we think its disabled but hte alarm speaker makes a buzz...so im thinking that it might be that. or i dont know. if u have ANY suggestions . i would really really appreciate it! also i dont car if urs wasnt a camry or wahtever! i just want some ideas so i know what im lookin at when getting it fixed. thanks

While pressing the button down, try moving the steering wheel around. See if that will unlock the key.
