Hi I'm New

I'm trying solve a radiator cooling fan problem.
my car over heats because the fan doesn't come on.
some say it is either the relay or sensor??
i have decide it's not the fan motor ,cause did a by pass and fan ran fine. i'm not gifted when it comes to working on cars, but thought if i could locate these items, maybe the would be way to test and find out which one is problem. if someone would please advise
i would appreciate the help.

thanks draleigh53

the sensor is located on the passengers side behind the headlight and bumper. you have to remove headlight assembly to get to fan relay
it's really hard to see so use good light it' just a black box about 1 inch square. :smokin: :grinno: Dale
