97 Jeep Grand Chekrokee StallingERIC2000 09-20-2005, 10:09 AM My 97 Jgc Stalls On Long Trips. It Has New Plugs Wires Pcv Cps It Won,t Do It Any Other Time Any Ideas Would Help JeepForever 09-22-2005, 10:45 AM Could be the Crankshaft Position Sensor (CPS). Do a search in this forum for "CPS" and "Stalling". There's been some discussion on this recently. Does it stall while driving or idling (or both)?
