Turbo?

Hi. I have worked on british sports cars my whole life. I now have a '91 240sx. I want to put a turbo on it to get more power. I'd rather not deal w/ a SR20DET swap right now. It seems to me that I may be able to get a complete turbo system cheaper if I buy used parts individually. My problem is I do not know much about turbo's, or what is included in a turbo system. What would it take to do this? What parts? What has to be replaced? I have researched around the net but I haven't found anything helpful. Remember your talking to a dummy here when it comes to turbo's. Any help is greatly appreciated. Sorry for my ignorance.
