I have a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and i read that there are spots behind the sterring wheel for optional buttons to control the radio. I don't have them but is it possible to get that option installed?

Is it involved? What would you guess it would cost?

What about getting fog lights installed, as i have a Laredo. Would i need a new front bumper or can they remove the slotted covers and install them?
