CD Player On a 2000 Chev Silv

I need Help my Cd Player will no longer expect CD's It work fine until yesterday not sure what any Help would be great

It may be dirty and just need cleaning with a special cd, I had one that just stopped working one day on my last truck though... I have a stock radio I just took out of my Silverado if you want/need a new one for cheap.

Is it possible that there is a CD in your player right now, that wont come out?

I'm not sure about factory radios, but some aftermarket radios will automatically eject any CD if power is disconnected (remove negative terminal from the battery post). If nothing else, removing power may 'reset' your radio, its worth a shot....

Someone else may have a better suggestion.
