I have a 94 Audi Cabriolet that is leaking transmission fluid pretty badly, it leaves big puddles. I have never had experiences with audis before and I read in the manual not to add trans fluid, if it is leaking or using fluid I "need" to bring it in and have it serviced.

In my expereince with GM I know I can just poor ATF in the ATF dipstick tube to fill it up. Is an audi different? Can I addd fluid there or is there a plug in the transmission? I just want to fill it temporarily until I find time to fix the leak.

Thanks
