ATonyMac 09-23-2005, 09:24 AM Hmmmm.....seems same sorta thing happened to me, in a '74 Corvette. Turned out it was the fuel sock (wtf??). It's the strainer in the fuel tank, it had strained all the silt it could hold. It was so clogged that, as the car ran, it would suck itself flat and quit passing fuel altogether.
