Does anyone know if a 2001 2.0 elantra engien will fit in a 200 accent. If so what will i need to do for it?

Yeah..lots of people have done the swap with the 2.0L engine from either a tib or elantra. THe only custom work i think you need is some wiring and a custom passenger mount. If you want to know more...search for Beta Swap on HyundaiPerformance.com.

yes, and having a 1.6L powered accent to begin with makes the swap ALOT easier. lol check out the post titled "beta swap". we converted an 02 accent with the 1.5L to a elantra powered 2.0 with full engine and head work. we shifted the engine in the bay and reworked all the motormounts and had to have custom halfshafts made
