Billy and Bob had the same evolution 9.
the same colour and both stock.
a genie appears and says they can have 2 car mods each, as wishes.

So BOB wishes for a new racing transmission and an uprated engine.

But not being as bright, BILLY wishes for "tight" rims and a "sick" bodykit.

the two men decide to race each other, and BOB wins, because BILLY's "tight" rims wernt big enough to reach the road and his "sick" bodykit clogged up his engine
