01 accord vs. scion tc

okay i was leaving the walmart parking lot when a gold turbo charged passat pulls up next to me and its one of my friends he asks me if i want to race. i didn't really feel like racing him because i was in my moms car so i told him no. so as im leaving i stop at the red light and a black scion tc with blue neons pulls up next to me and starts revving. so im like ooooh shit here we go... so i just said screw it and when the light turned green we took off (the accord is auto by the way). i got him off the jump by about a 1/2 car length all the way through 1st gear if thats what you want to call it. he hit 2nd and started to pull up to the middle of my fender. and by 3rd he was a 1/2 car length ahead and i just backed off because i realized that his car was manual and i had a stock ass 4cyl automatic. all i have are 16" motegi wheels. but i give it to the TC's they are pretty quick. I was definately shocked!

You probably got revved at because of your rims! The i4 accords are "quick" for their size though. The new i4s coming out in mid-size cars are getting better...I had a, '04 Camry that had a 4 banger in it, and it was surprisingly quick for what it had under the hood.

when i took a tC for a testdrive the guy let me race a 93 Si...he was like "he can't take you".. :lol: was funny...and i did beat him...chirped 2nd in the process

oh yes i beat him...had him from 2nd and put atleast 3 cars on him b4 he let off :evillol:

when i went test driving BMW's for a friend (she had no liscense and wanted a BMW :screwy: ) i test drove a 540...pulled up next to an accord...the sales guy looked over at the guy and told me to floor it at green...had the biggest grin spinnin tires in that car...but traction control cut it short :icon16:
