Your tension pulley is on the bottom of the car, you have to remove allthe underbody parts all the deflectors, and it is right there, it is a bitch to getto you need to people, one to push the tention pulley, and one to put the belt on , I just replaced mine on my car, I really hope that this helps

There is no arm on it there is a bolt head in which you have to pushit towards the back of the car it is located on the passenger sidebottom of the engine. If you have a book it will show you that you are supposed to put a rachet type of wrench hole on it but it doesn't it has a 9/16 wrench and push or pull towards the back, let me know hope you get it

andhere (http://www.zx2ner.com/mods/udp.htm) is a link for an underdrive pulley that may help in getting the tensioner moving
