Thought you guys would enjoy seeing the best mods availableSlowprocess 09-14-2005, 02:04 PM This is my buddies new setup. This is what it takes to make REAL power. P.S- this will also be my setup next year. heh heh http://img397.imageshack.us/img397/3432/10000991pk.jpg http://img397.imageshack.us/img397/778/10001000qk.jpg http://img397.imageshack.us/img397/9967/10001014tp.jpg clayton04chevy 09-14-2005, 02:16 PM DAMN isn't your truck fast enough? J/k. I'd love to have that stuff, but I'm just a college kid with just enough money for my truck payment. But I've got a friend with a 383 stroker with a 125 shot of NO2. Slowprocess 09-14-2005, 02:20 PM DAMN isn't your truck fast enough? J/k. I'd love to have that stuff, but I'm just a college kid with just enough money for my truck payment. But I've got a friend with a 383 stroker with a 125 shot of NO2. It will never be fast enough. heh heh... This truck is setup to run at least 9s(hopefully lower) and hopefully the fastest 99+ silverado ever. jeverett 09-14-2005, 02:36 PM Damn, that might whoop Parish. jers99z 09-14-2005, 07:35 PM that might but i dont know. Has anyone watched all the videos of Parish's truck. Amazing.http://1320video.com/videos.php. chuck16 09-14-2005, 11:26 PM Sweet Mother of god. NOS and Turbo.... Nasty Setup. That's awesome man. I'd love to have that kinda money to throw into my truck. My truck doesn't need to go fast my Wife's Impreza is what I drive when I have the need for speed and for cornering country roads.... :d PS -- Maybe make the pics a little smaller next time, HUH. I hate pics that don't fit on my screen... Just a thought? Slowprocess 09-15-2005, 12:45 PM Sorry about the pics. They're linked from his website. As far as beating Parish....they are supposed to be going heads up against each other at the Thunder shootout this year. My predictions are that this setup will take Parish. The motor this setup is going on is the same motor used by Harlan in his 7 second fbody. Parish is running a 100 shot, where as you can see that this direct port setup is made to go well beyond 100 horsepower(don't know what shot he's going to use yet). The truck this is going in is a single cab stepside 2wd as well. jeverett 09-15-2005, 02:40 PM Why a stepside? Lighter bed panels? jethro_3 09-15-2005, 02:57 PM Slowprocess, When my turbo gets in early next year plans will be made to go to the Shootout and play..... Jeverett, Yes, Stepsides have a smaller floor and fiberglass panels. Weight is weight when it comes to HP to Weight ratio. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
