My 99 Grand Cherokee has recently begun making noise. As soon as I crank it, the noise starts and will raise and lower when pressing the accelerator. To add to it, coolant is slowly leaking on the floor (below the water pump), but I can't find the weep hole. My guess & hope is that the water pump is the culprit in both the noise and coolant leak. Anyone ever hear this noise with a faulty water pump (sounds kinda like spinning metal around the engine fan - maybe water pump bearings)?

Any help is appreciated.
