Engine for 89 accord

HEy does anyone kno what is the beste engine to put in a 1989LX-I honda accord? 4dr? cause i got one of those and i want to put a engine that pushes more horses under the hood and what else i can do to the car cause i cant find much with performance for the car.?? im so confused about this car iono anything about it
