i have a 90 honda accord ex 2dr. when i turn my lights on there fine for a while then my clock will flash from dimm to bright a couple times then the guage cluster goes black which shuts my parking lights off. whould that be a relay ... the fuses are fine my speedo sensor is shot to could that do anything to it??
