this one any good? is there another out there? im looking to get readings from my sensors out of it...

It doesn't say what software is installed. If it is the pocketlogger software there are certain security features that you will need to address if you want to convert the software to your "account". There are some freeware programs out there, but as with all freeware programs there is virtually no support.
