Instruments lights 3 got it!

My instruments cluster lights didn't work. A Jeep dealer said it was an electronic card that costs 450$. I took everything off inside my car, I bought a repairs manual on ebay for 13 $, I spent a few nights on it but now they work great! I found the card driving this system under the steering wheel, took it out, feed it with a 12v dc battery charger as a power supply and I found out that it works. There's an orange wire going from this to all the bulbs around the car that turn on when you switch on the headlights, this wire was in short circuit somewhere but not all the time, not inhalf to blow the fuse, that's why it has been hard to sord out. I didn't even look for the short, I just ran a new wire to skip this one and I also put a fuse each instrument block, thinking that one of these could have the short inside.
