jerking

my accord jerks when i'm driving at constant speed below 40 mph and also vibrates alot when idle or at a stop. Is there anything i need to replace or do to make it smoother? I have a 92 accord. I have already done a tune up because that was suggested to me. Someone else suggested motor mounts?

yeah... sounds like motor mounts to me... have those checked out.
