'Tis true!! I have already cancelled my Heller 307 order and placed my Pre-orders for the Tamiya kits & p/e detail sets with HLJ. :naughty:

Well, the F40 might be worth a look. The 307 is meant to be a whole new mold, so it wil cost like £25 + £8.99 for the P/E set, but hopefully being a Tamiya the only problems you will have will be mold lines..

Still quality over quantity.

Damn right!! As soon as I heard that Tamiya were going to release the 307, I was hoping that HLJ had not started the payment process. Luckily they didn't :evillol: The Heller offering is only a little cheaper that Tamiya's, but you can bet your life that the quality is going to be 10x better. I just hope they do not have the non-steering metal axles.

I just managed to get hold of Fujimi's long deleted F40 LM, and had also purchased Acu Stion's p/e set for it. I may now list it on Ebay before Tamiya's kit arrives.

Don't dump the F40 LM just yet- the F40 GT will likely not be very close to the LeMans version of the F40.

The f40LM and F40 GT are different cars. The GT has the same body as the street car. The LM has several differences on the body and a different rear wing too. So hold onto the LM (and see us for decals to do several different versions, Pilot, Igol etc.).
