NGK is good and they are inexpensive.

I need to change the plugs on my '00 Accord SE (4 Cylinder) too. I checked the "NGK Spark Plugs" link from this stie and they have NGK plugs - Iridium, Platinum and V-power ones. Which one is recommended? And do I need to change the wires to "NGK wires" as well?

No you don't need to swap the wires to NGK just because you are using NGK plugs, you can mix and match however you desire.

I honestly don't recall what the Accords come with stock , but I would guess platinums.

Platinums are generally the good middle ground. They work well, last quite awhile, and are fairly inexpensive.

Coppers are the lower level plugs (good for if you are highly modded...but not great for stock) They are cheap, but you have to replace them every 10k or so.

Iridiums are top of the line in terms of endurance, but they also cost the most.

I'm honestly not familiar with v-powered ones.

I'd say go platinum. If you go to any Napa or local car parts store, they should be able to find the NGKs you need.
