Hi all, this is my first post hope you are all having fun and riding well !

Im 17 and still doing lessons, I guess it is a good idea to start researching what the insurance is like on a few cars.

The ones that really grab my fancy are:

106 GTi
106 Independance
106 QuickSilver
Any 106 Zest 2's

I really want a 106 they are my favourite and under 2k, in my price range!

What is your insurance like? I am basing my car of choice on insurance so I dont get raped after buying it!

since most of the people on here live in the US and the cars you listed aren't sold in the US, it would help to mention what country you live in.

i thought the £ sign would've given it away.

I'd go for a 106 over a Corsa, but dont even bother with the Gti, you'll get shafted on insurance.

Yeah, I really want a 106, this car is said to be absolutely brilliant. I could get a 1.1 Independance but I don't fancy getting smoked every time ;)
