Power Accessory Relay Location on 98 ram 1500

I am trying to find Power Accessory Relay on 98 dodge 1500 ram 2wd. The radio and cabin light suddenly lost power. There is no power at all to them. The obd2 port does not work either, I am pretty sure power outlets wont work either. Fuses look good. car operates fine. Could someone help? Thanks.

Swap fuse with a new one possibly blew without showing that it blew relays are also in fuse box akso some are in box next to battery. but they do not control radio circuit

Also check the fuse labeled " IOD "
