A/C is out and not blowing...electronic issuescnl83 09-01-2005, 11:00 PM I have a 1997 4x4 chevy blazer. I just bought it, and the 30 day warranty is out. Is wasnt till a few days ago, I drove it at night, and used my lights. When I have my head lights on my right blinker light stays on my dash, but not outside the vehicle. When I turn lights out, that light goes out too. Two days ago I noticed smoke coming out of my A/C blower knob. I also noticed my blower cutting on and off randomly. Well today I got in my blazer, and the A/C blower does not come on. I know I have electronic issues, but does anyone have any idea on what to do from here? Thanks! 97BlazerDude 09-01-2005, 11:16 PM I guess I would check the fuse first. Clean away any crud in the fuse box. Was it smoke (as in burnt stuff) or fog (not burnt stuff) coming out of the vents? I have had fog come out of the vents before and it has not been a problem. cnl83 09-02-2005, 12:26 AM No, smoke..as in burnt came from the blower knob...where you raise the blowing level BlazerLT 09-02-2005, 07:41 PM You fan is blown or you have a HVAC assembly that has shorted out. cnl83 09-03-2005, 09:54 AM What is HVAC?
