99 Dodge Ram wont turn over.

I was driving home from work today turned into my street and truck died, I tried to start and it won't even turn over,when you turn on the key there are no lights in the cluster that come on and none of the gauges move. I cleaned battery cables, swapped batteries with known good battery,checked fuses,all other electronics work fine, radio, lights heater,
Any help would truly be appreciated.

if you have tilt, set it all the way up and see if it fires then, could be loose ignition wires
