I have a 94 civic ex and I have a new cd player i need to install.
I read http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=449633
and got http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v473/CivicSpoon/stereo-removal.jpg from it. I got the center lower cover out and took out the two screws on the bottom of the stereo but it won't come out. It's not the stock stereo but it came on the car when i bought it. What else would be holding it in?

What kind of deck is it? I know my pioneer has it's own way of hooking in. For me I have to slide 2 metal strips on each side, and then it will pop out.

It's a Clarion. I need the sleeve it's in to come out too.
