Gas Mileage

I was wondering if anyone knows a better way to increase gas mileage in the Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 1995 with the quadra track and 5.2L V8. I have read about the $250 intake. I was thinking about something cheeper. I heard about the K&N air filter and changing the O2 sensor. Does this help? I have Bousch plaatnuim 4 things spark plugs. I haven't changed the spark plug wires or anything really. My Viscous Coupler is bad but not gone yet. I get about 13 city and 17 on the highway. Someone please help me I can't afford the $3.00\gallon stuff.

I forgot I also heard about a throttle body spacer that helps the gas mileage to.
