I just purchased a 2005 Xterra S. It is great and all, but the Rockford fosgate option was not available with the "S" model..boooo. I used to have an '01 Xterra with the factory in dash CD changer and all the works. It was great! Two questions:

Does anyone know if any other Nissan in dash CD changers are compatible with the '05 S?

If I went the aftermarket route with a changer, can anyone recommend one, and where to mount it. I do not want it in the back, due to all the stuff that I like to haul in my Xterra. Anyone know of any that could go under the seat?, glove box (I have 2).

Actually, you can swap stereos between the 05 and older models. Someone did it on XOC.

Actually, I have identical radio/cd play on my '05 OR as I had on my '03. I hope this info helps.
