1992 2WD llits kit

I just got a 1992 2WD, 5 speed, ext cab, toyota pickup, w/power steering, and i want to put a about a 3-inch lift on it, but alll the kits that i found wont work on 2WDs w/power steering. Does anyone know why this is or if anyone makes a kit that will work on my truck?
