Hey whats going on guys. In the past couple of months i had moved to AZ and been set up with a roomate thru my school. Honestly I cannot stand this kid, hes a racist, HUGE, racist, and has extremely horrible hygene. So I tried to move out with a few buddies. We pretty much had a nice 4 bedroom house we were all set up to rent out. Well at the last minute this prick decides he doesnt wanna sign the papers releasing me from the lease. So now I'm PISSED. I have honestly had to hold myself back from making him eat curb.

My question is, How can i get out of this place. What can I do to get evicted, and how will me getting evicted affect my credit score and what not. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I just need to get the F out.

make him want to sign the papers, not by being agressive or angry at him, but by pissing him off all the time. Practical jokes, become very very messy, loud music early in the morning, anything u can do to make him want to let u leave. With an eviction, u have to piss off the landlord or not pay rent, something like that, which usually ends up in court.

Smear some sh!t onto his pillowcase.

Talk to the landlord. If you tell him he doesn't keep himself clean, is messy, etc a lot of times landlords have clauses in the lease that allow them to kick people out who do not do certain things. Read your lease and talk to him. You may be able to get him kicked out. If he's doing anything illegal, drugs, etc, he's as good as gone. If I were you I would tape him saying racist remarks, that's good enough to get him out of your hair.

Why not insist on throwing a huge "multicultural" party at your place?

Invite 2 of each nationality, like Noah's ark. And make sure you DON'T tell him it's happening, and preferably on a night before he has exams. Explain to all invitees the reason you are having the party, and suggest they have a chat with him about the merit's of their culture, one by one, into the early hours of the morning.
