My fuel tank appears to leaking from the top. The leak only appears after driving and when the tank is between full and 3/4. A small wet streak of raw fuel is observed without enough fuel dripping on the ground. It appears to be coming from connection of the fuel fill hose and the tank. Possible gasket failure??

What's the best way to drop the tank. With fuel at $2.60+, every little bit helps.
