95 JGC AC fuse problem

I have a 95 JGC that keeps blowing the 15 amp fuse in the fuse block under the hood. I just had the system recharged but this was a problem before that as well. After the system was recharged it worked for a day but now the fuse blows shortly after startup. Thanks in advance for any help.
