Got everything back together and turn the car to the on position to get some gas to the fuel rail and I have a major leak at the fuel inlet line going into the fuel rail! Anyone have this problem when they did there lower intake manifold gasket? If so what did ya do to fix the leak? Anyone one have any ideas? Please give me a hand. My guess is that you lost the green O-ring that goes on the inlet. This ring will fly off without you noticing. I had the same problem when I did my first intake job. I lost it on my second job also but at least this time I knew to look for it prior to reassembly. The dealer will charge about $10.00 for this 5 cent O-ring but at least it will get you going. Go to the dealer, and get this ring. This is certainly your problem. davecl 08-29-2005, 05:09 PM Thanks for the replies guys. I figured it out when i was surfing the napa site and was looking for parts. I live in Nova Scotia and I had to go to the dealer the next town over to get one. put it on and it worked great. thanks again for the replies. davecl vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
