transmission question

I just replaced my tranny but I have one problem. I put the mounting bolts in but I cant get a bolt to go in on the passenger side. When I try it starts to get tight but then it loosens up.Do I have to use a bigger bolt or what. Please help.

well if that same bolt came out of that same hole then it should go back in. they should all be the same size reguardless...

maybe it was stripped from the person who put it in last if it has been touched. maybe they re-threaded it...i dont really know what to tell you.
