Greetings! I need to paint many small parts (door hinges, small fittings, etc.) I have my truck completely disasembled and have painted the major body parts. I have a few quarts of paint left over.

I'm using Dupont's CENTARI acrylic enamel. I was considering dipping these parts in paint and then hang to dry. I know that there will be some inconsistancies in paint thickness from the top of the part to the bottom and there will be some drip sags but I can sand these down.

Q's:

1. Does anyone use this method with sucess?
2. Would I reduce the paint a little more?

Any insight and guidance would be appreciated!!!
