Violent Stampede..Rally Sport 08-22-2005, 05:17 AM Dont know if it has already been posted since its about a week old, but... http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/8973616/ That's pretty funny. -Josh- 08-22-2005, 09:53 AM "One woman went so far as to wet herself rather than surrender her place in line." turtlecrxsi 08-22-2005, 10:14 AM Could you imagine the smell?... ew... fredjacksonsan 08-22-2005, 12:10 PM I live near Richmond; you wouldn't believe all the hype and BS about it. A lot of the people they showed on the news were the skankiest freeloaders I've seen, all bitching about how long the line was, etc. Major drama from this, first the cpu's were going to be sold off like any other property the county had. Then the county residents put up a huge stink, letters went back and forth and lawyers got involved. Then the kids that had the computers were given the opportunity to buy them, but almost all decided not to because they "couldn't have the one they had in school". Waaaah, too bad STFU ya crybaby. Anyway, they then decided that county residents would get first crack at the $50. computers. You see what happened. BTW, there hasn't been a stink about any of the other property the county has for sale..... What a crock. Rally Sport 08-23-2005, 12:06 AM Its amazing how valuable 50 dollar laptops are, huh? Muscletang 08-23-2005, 12:24 AM Pff they don't know shit. Everybody knows you shoot off a few rounds up into the air to clear the crowd then you go forward into the store. You don't take folding chairs, pushing and shoving. fredjacksonsan 08-23-2005, 07:43 AM Its amazing how valuable 50 dollar laptops are, huh? Yeah. Consider that a lot of them are probably going on Ebay for $800+ ... jcsaleen 08-23-2005, 10:42 AM "One woman went so far as to wet herself rather than surrender her place in line." wow...
