Hi, I was wondering if the rear panels over the EXT bed are really water proof. Is that considered dry storage under there? Thanks

it's not really waterproof,that's why it has drain holes in each corners,my 02 with 38k miles has some water, my friend"s 04 had a big-ass system and his amps would allways get wet when it rained
