Fuel Pump 94 Rodeo

I think i will need a fuel pump, but what is happing the fuel pump fuse keeps blowing. You can put a new one in and it blows almost instantly. How hard is the fuel pump to change. I can do normal maint. but if it is very involved i may need to tow to a shop? Thanks for any help in advance

You probably have a short in the wiring somewhere. The fuel pump is inside the gas tank. Can be a difficult job.
