would a 2002 chevy 5.3 liter engine fit in my 91 gmc 1500?

not w/o mount modification, new obd2 computer from the 02, probably a higher pressure fuel pump, wiring harness, probably gauges, and alot of other odds and ends.......but remember anything can be done with enough money and enough oxygen and acetelene. :D
