ok, i've been looking at these two cars for awhile now and i like them both, the only thing i'm worried about the mark 8 is reliability, don't want to be paying a ton of money for repairs, and the only thing w/ the regal is that it fwd, i'm driving my dads pickup right now and i have so much fun driving it(the kind of fun you can't have in a fwd vehicle, if you know what i mean) so what are your guys opinions on these cars

if you're considering a supercharged GS I'd probably get it and then swap the pulley. There you'll have plenty of fun driving a low 14 second grocery getter that looks and sounds stock.

The Mk VIII is a beautifully engineered and great looking car, however, they don't age well, the driveshafts all vibrate over 70 mph, the engine is a giant pain in the ass to work on and most cobra parts don't fit on it and if the air suspension goes out its a major pain in the ass to fix or replace with standard struts.
