programing keyless remote

hi everybody I have a 2000 isuzu rodeo lse my remote is not working I put new batteries in but it still dose'nt work could it be the programing and dose anyone know how to program the remote.also I got into a little fender bender and I need a 2000 ironman grille to buy the dealership wants $480.00 canadian I dont think so. if anyone knows where I can get a better price please let me know.thank you in advance
