Does any one know how to import a European or Gulf Spec. Diablo to USA? If so, please help me find the conversion place to conform it to DOT/EPA conversion. I've heard that a returning GI from Iraq could bring in a non-conformed car once in her or his life time and by pass the conversion requirements. Is it true? Are there certain states or cities in the US that do not require covnersions?
How much does it cost to convert a Diablo in USA?
