99 Honda Accord studdering problem

Theres 2 99 Accords both are 4 cyl models in the family and I'm having the same problem with both. Running down the road its normal but the second you try to pass some one or accelerate it starts missing. One of them the dash lights are dimming at the same frequency as the miss. heres the parts I've replace trying to cure this. Plugs, Cap, Rotor, Wires, Air and Fuel filters, EGR and PVC. What have I missed and is this a common problem?

There could be fuel delivery problem also. Or maybe just the injectors are clogged a little.
Use some STP fuel injection cleaner, that will help a little. If it does help, you can go to an automotive center (Pep boys/Autozone) & have then clean your fuel system.

OR

There could be oil where yout spark plugs are.
If so, pull out each plug wire and wipe off the oil, then use a clean rag to clean the tube where the spark plug is. Finally, you'll have to replace the spark plug tube gaskets to prevent that from happening
