Faulty renault megane ignition key

I have a 1997 renault megane complete with 2 ignition keys, one of which is faulty. Speaking to the dealer, they tell me it will cost me £120 to replace with a new key. Does anybody know how I can fix this for less money?

There is no way around it, the key on most of the Meganes is coded to the decoder and can only be replaced via the dealer
