00 integra brake lights

Having problems with my break lights in my 00 integra. Checked the bulbs and they are fine. Had a REAL hard time finding the brake fuse, and I THINK I found it. It says "Horn, Stop" in the fuse box under the hood (20A). Replaced that fuse and the lights still do not work.

Anyone else have this problem and if so how did you fix it?

Could be the brake light switch located near the brake pedal. It comes in contact with the brake pedall when the pedal isn't touched and pops out when you apply the pedal.
