Now THAT's a Full Size Jeep!Saudade 08-13-2005, 09:23 PM I was driving around in town (SoCal) and came upon this beast sitting on the side of the road. That's my stock '88 XJ in the picture with it to give you an idea of the size of this thing. Up close, it's in pretty poor shape and not sure it's driveable. It was missing the front drive shaft, and some other suspension components. I have a few other pictures I'll post if there's interest. I might even go back and shoot some more details. http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/503/189712Army_FSJ_0098_Small_.JPG http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/503/189712Army_FSJ_0102_Small_.JPG http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/500/189712Army_FSJ_0099_Small_.JPG http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/503/189712Army_FSJ_0093_Small_.JPG MagicRat 08-14-2005, 01:04 PM sixteen shocks?? I suspect most of the 'suspension' movement will come from frame twist. An interesting ride, though. runuover 08-27-2005, 12:14 PM what are they 49s CanaMark 08-28-2005, 11:42 PM Imagine crashing that jeep into a Smart Car, or some other small sized car. Be a few scratches on the front axle and a warn winch logo in some dudes brain. I once crashed a Oldsmobile Cutlass into a Honda CRV once (Not my fault but the woman driving the Honda, was her fault). The hood of the Cutlass was scratched and bent up slightly. While the Hondas whole passenger side was moved in about a foot and a half. I swear if I had a old truck in that accident someone would have gotten hurt. Luckily everyone walked away, while the kid saw me coming and probably has nightmares still. I love that Jeep, its big and I like BIG vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
